Meet the Folk-ers

Yesterday was the first time ever I followed the UMNO AGM at PWTC for the rest of my entire life. Though the distance from my office to PWTC is just one station of LRT, I never pay interest on UMNO AGM as I see the crowd and traffic flow sucks and it made me hectic. Normally, I just listen to the news or just read on the mainstream headlines. After the tsunami election in 2008, there are so many arguments on the social contract and it made me to pay extra interest on the current politic situation. I never join any of political bodies all this while but I do have my own political foundation. Perhaps no ones will care about my membership as I am better than no body else. I choose not to review the meeting because I am prohibited to do so.

Pertaining to the AGM story, yesterday I was keen to the PM’s speech and here I quoted some of the interest parts.
Part 1

Part2
"Watak Melayu menolak permusuhan setia dan sabar tiada sempadan, maruah dan agama dihina jangan, hebat amuknya tak kenal lawan. Menjadi pemimpin sifatnya agung, syarak dipakai adat dijunjung, hidupnya mengabdi kepada rakyat, taat setia membela umat, Akhirnya, disimpulkan Melayu itu:, dijadikan induk kuat berdiri umat sentosa bertuahlah negeri.”

Besides that, I might wrap the conclusion with these two questions.
Is laziness a hereditary disease? Are we inherited laziness? Let me answer myself.
NO..it just that .....we are too comfort.

Rumahku Syurgaku

Unlike the West, where many studies have explored how people’s needs can be fulfilled by financial exposure, Malaysia has received very little attention from the young graduates and the carrier beginners. One reason for this is the delivery system on the financial scheme and the techniques on how to manage their wages is not to be maximum explored. Although folk art and stories have chronicled a long history of Malays championing the business and become entrepreneurs during Malacca time, nowadays these spaces were only accessible to royal family members, corporate families, yuppies and autocrats.

In Budget 2011, the concept of full loan for the first house scheme is relatively recent, having been introduced by the government. The aim is not to deny the chances of having a house for every youngster who just starts their carriers. Many young men are always being introduced by the hire purchasing loan for their dream cars and they don’t realize a car is just a liability if it is not having the economic returned. Few years later they will roped by the personal loan after tied up with someone their love. In addition, the boy meet the girl and they dates with the car which is still under loan probation and finally they get married with the help of personal loan. They rent a house and might take three to five years to own a house. With the new scheme perhaps it helps a lot for them for at least they don’t need to provide the first ten percent of deposit.

Here are some insensitive were announced to encourage the first time residential properties.
• 50% stamp duty exemption on the loan agreement instrument.
• 50 % duty exemption on instrument of transfer.
• For the first time purchaser with household income less than RM 3000, the purchaser will obtain 100 % loan

Properties of cruel new world are damn crazy. The price is beyond the expectation. The speculations on price have made the price too high based on location. Milan Doshi ever said KL one day will be like Melbourne where people just renting a room and bit by bit it happens now and that’s what they said about the bubble effect on properties sector.

I was once asked by few friends who are much younger than me about buying a property. I said just buy and if they don’t buy now, the price would be much higher in the future. I suggest that are few factors they should consider which are the accessibility, basic infrastructures, distance and location, and most important thing is what is their budget’s like. Some of them are interested in buying a car and spend their money for travelling. I think the free advice had been ignored and they will regret later.

In that case, it points out that they preferred things to be show off or can be shown physically and the style socializing activities. Denying the priority in life is something big risk for a long run. They are still young but they have to think about this. Defragmenting process of thinking by arranging the priorities is a kick start to put our life changing colors. My mom ever said " biaq banyak rumah, jgn banyak dlm serumah". Own a house or regret later.

Wind Of Change

The lyrics are such beautiful words and if noble prize could be awarded to a song as an art masterpiece, Peter Frampton should be the person to receive that for the lyric’s composing. I don’t intend to sing this song and this nothing to deal with Klaus Meine, Rudolf Schenker or Scorpions.
The gist is change and some say it might be good for us to do some changes if we find something routinely error has been done. So many words had been coined recently represents changes like transform, reformasi and vote for change but does change is really change or it just the matter of getting popular and a slogan.

Iraq had been exploded just because of the fabricated wind of change and same goes to Afghanistan. Do that change good and benefit to the civilians now? Some agencies have seen so called transformed but without realizing they acted like federal correctional institute even their role might be just to lay the grass.
Philippine had many changes of their top post man but they’d seem never change physically and financially. Most of the time, the word change has been damaged rhetorically by the man who wooed the word. Are they really “walk the talk” or still sleepwalking?.

Sheryl Crow once sang a change would do you good and one must bear in mind is every day is winding road. So walk and just follow the road. Hence, we are mould on what we are being molded. Easy said than done.

Writing in blogs nowadays is a big challenge as many fickle minded people eyeing on you so that we must very careful on the choice of words. If they misinterpret on what you write meaning to say you are really in deep shit. Look what happen to Dato' Rocky. Why? Because they cannot fight on you on this screen .If they start to write the blog , no ones will read.

History Channel

When I was in Standard Four, one of my favorite subjects is Alam & Manusia. It is a compress of numerous subjects like Geography, Science, and History due to the implementation of KBSR (primary school new curricular). That was in the year of 1987.
One of the chapters in Alam & Manusia is Tamadun – Tamadun Awal Dunia (The Early Civilization.

Yesterday I flipped through my old text book, and try to catch the contents, just feel like to fill in something "good" inside my brain. From the text book, I saw several early civilizations such as Rome (Italy), Athens (Greece), Huang Ho (China), Mohenjo-Daro - Hapratta (India), Nil (Egypt), Babylon (Iraq) and Islam (Saudi). I then tried to digest myself by comparing those countries and their current situation. True enough, those countries where were claimed as the human civilized earliest founded are nothing much compare to now except China. The rest, there are worse than the new –age countries if you look at the real situation.

Iraq now is crash boom bang state of land while Greece is suffering with the economic crisis together with Italy. The Italian must realized that Da Vinci left the portrait in Louvre,Paris and he left nothing for Italy except sharing the name with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. Well, The Leaning Tower of Pisa is metaphorically is the real picture of Italy. (Some Italian still don’t get into the picture and they just don’t want to admit that Da Vinci is a bloody gay person). The Egypt is still surviving after signing Camp David but nothing can be proud off except their Al Azhar, Pyramid and the state of wrath betrayer.Just view the scenic of Cairo and you might think it is third world country.

What we can see as developed countries now is in America which is founded by Columbus in 1493 which consider as new age country Japan, England, France, Germany and Korea. These countries have not been stated as the early civilization. These countries appeared and surfaced on World War and some were considered “after dinosaur countries”.

Past few weeks I had a chance to watch Eat Pray Love at East Coast Mall and one of the locations was being shot in India. Despite of the spiritual and superstitious thing, the development of India is terrible and dirty. The underage beggars were mushroomed along the spine roads and the cow dung ornamented left and right . The opening ceremony of Commonwealth Games makes me smile and I feel sorry to those athletes for their bad hospitality. The situation in India makes me jump into conclusion that the glory of past history means nothing, if we do nothing now for tomorrow. A lesson that I really want to teach my daughters.

JR

Julia Roberts from the past, present and future is very indecision lover and always confuse about her love and companion. Another typical Julia Roberts movie and she is the champion in play a role as failure lover. Eat Pray Love is the latest movie of JR and again she play the same role as Anna Scott in Notting Hill, Julianne Potter in My Best Friend Wedding and Maggie Carpenter in Runaway Bride. The movie's title is exactly like Daphne Iking's blog . I sometimes don’t quite understand why cant she play other character like a world savior or something else. No doubt, she’s damn good in play emotion on screen but can’t we say that is stereotype?

The movie is good for any traveler who always think spa and holiday is adorable but not just that, besides this movie is focused on a married woman realizes how unhappy her marriage really is, and that her life needs to go in a different direction. After a painful divorce, she takes off on a round-the-world journey to "find herself”. Based on a true story, at 32 years old, Elizabeth Gilbert was educated and had a home, a husband, and a successful career as a writer. However, she was unhappy in her marriage and often spent the night crying on her bathroom floor. In the midst of an affair, she separated from her husband and initiated a divorce, which he contested. The affair continued for some time but did not work out, leaving her devastated and alone.

While writing an article on yoga vacations in Bali, she met a ninth-generation medicine man, Ketut Liyer (yupp...his name is fart) who told her she would come back and study with him. After finalizing her difficult divorce, she spent the next year traveling. There are three segment for the movie which is she spent four months in Italy, eating and enjoying life (Eat) ,another four months in India, finding her spirituality (Pray- well I find this part is most crap and freak..damn India is so hideous and nasty). She ended the year in Bali, Indonesia, looking for "balance" of the two and found love (Love) in the form of a dashing Brazilian factory owner/ tourist guide.

The problem with this woman is, she never set a standard for her partner and most guys she met are kinda come from lower income people except the Brazilian one. So, who should be blamed? Practically, you don’t need to travel the whole world just to find yourself or to know deeply or who is going to be the most suitable partner. Just think, set some guidelines and accept what’ve been granted by the Almighty God. Julia Roberts currently is reported practicing Hinduism and her life on screen and the real life is almost the same thing. She once ever eliminates her engagement three days before her wedding with Sutherland .

Haru betoi dia ni...tapi aku suka dia

This movie had made me feel great born as a Muslim.

Well at least I don’t need to spend money to find myself, just pray five times a day and God definitely guided us to find who ourselves are and who is the creator.
