Debt With A Cause

I always puzzled. Puzzled of reality of life and sometimes fighting with my own unachieved wish. My heart said the real of life of being me is just simple but deep down inside it had never been a simple life as what my heart said. I always crumple at the end of the month. The doors of debt always being knocked by the hands of bills almost every corner of life. Spending is always more than the pay and the reality of life is a narrow path. Breathing with insufficient oxygen suffocates the daily routine.
BA’s breakfast had increasing day by day. The mark of RM5 meals made me hates the lady at the counter. No wonder Pak Atan had left the stall after the having a meal that day. I guess, he can’t afford to pay. Kak Siah is even worse. After she launched the new appearance of Nine & Ten café with the party wall cut, she managed to cut almost everyone’s head with the expensive price.

Yesterday new tariff of electricity had being sworn. According to media rats reported 4.4 million peoples would exempted from the bills increased. After a thorough reading, I’ll be out of that. The most slander mainstream newspaper said the usage of below 300kWh would be no difference. Again, the capitalist rules the world. Isn’t the world belongs to them? Sad unsaid. My saving is getting smaller day by day. At the same time, the double-decker bus at Victoria Station’s poster at my house keeps haunted my decision I made last four months. Hrrrr

Left and Right

I: Left
Bangsa Malaysia and 1 Malaysia , what is the difference? Bangsa Malaysia had already stated in one of the aims in Vision 2020 with progressive and dynamic and bla ..bla.. if I’m not mistaken. 1 Malaysia, next is what? United Malaysian strategy? Or campaign pluralism in cultural diversity? Then before that, we had Malaysia Boleh, the popular, battle cry now they have they cry as Satoooo…Malaysia…!!.If the other wings then administered the new government, what would they say next? Rakyat Best! Or Hidup Rakyat ..Arghh sometimes that battle cry had made me more confuse in my own land. Please stop talking crap. Please solve our burdens…

II: Right
What the hell you want actually. Your salary is about RM 3000 and government just collects RM 50 for the income tax. If you are not satisfied, just go England and you’d see what happen, 40% of your pay will back to government. Another thing you still have to pay othe hidden tax like TV tax… here you not need to pay right? You think it’s easy to govern a country, collect people money, do development, control the economy, and stabilize the social among every race. If you really hate this country, then apply the citizenship abroad la..Cakap banyak pulak..puih. Have you paid your PTPTN yet?

Nur Kasih:- Crying Choir In Cinema

Candle
I always adore with heavy drama rather than action packed movies. That’s the real “me” since born as I always keep track the LA Law, Dallas, Return to Eden and Falcon Crest rather than The Fall Guy and Knight Rider in 80’s.

Cream
I see the action packed movie is something easy to predict and at last the winners must be the hero and the bad guy will die. The bad resulted bad result and the good resulted good result. I love watching movie and I select the movie and to spend ten ringgit at the movie hall, I need to be very selective. Some movies don’t deserve to be cinema on screened. What had been reported from The Star on May 22nd doesn’t affect me at all. The bad write up just to discredit the front liner of the movie though some are acceptable facts. But for Nur Kasih I think it deserves to watch at movie hall, as they warned on TV that it is exclusively for cinema viewed. I don’t have any ego-prejudice when it comes to good movie. No matter what people would say about my beast character, it doesn’t justify my interest of watching a love ridden movie. I don’t give a damn. I spend my own money ,so what? What’s wrong with a kojak rock-gangster watching a love story? I don’t hypocrite on this matter.

The production of this movie is not just looking at the popularity of the series, but it is to meet the demand of 19 million followers of Nur Kasih series to see continuity in the movie. On average they said they reached a maximum level of satisfaction with the final episode of the series. It's just like the suspense and leaving the question mark to the most core-audience. The core-followers want more. Once again the combined cooperation of husband and wife who have created this beautiful work is required to inject the power and synergy of this pop Islami movie into a film that exposes the underlying everything in the series Nur Kasih.

Cake
The role of an end of the story, the film Nurkasih issue with Grand Brilliance, Film Scape Sdn Bhd, and Juita Viden Sdn Bhd is still maintaining three key players, leaving a series of Nur Kasih. Handlers bringing the characters of Adam, Nur Amanina and Aidil by Remy Ishak, Fizz Fairuz Tiz Zaqyah and really make an impact until the onset of a phenomenon among fans of Nur Kasih drama series in Malaysia. In their determination and perseverance are the three characters meet the challenges of life became an inspiration and role model.

Nur Kasih The Movie This also makes Jordan as the main filming location grind of life six years later, three people who are constantly tested. Aidil is indeed a courageous man who is now continuing his life with two small children with no sight of his beloved wife. Adam first discovered “truth” way, without trying to deviate the path and Nur, Amina, a young girl is getting thicker by the holy life challenges as a wife. The three people still need each other. Seemed daunting at the time wanted to isolate and Nur, Aidil allegiance between the two although he also faces eagerly longing. Is there a ray of happiness for all three of them eventually? Ya la….I ‘m sure Khabir doesn’t want a blitzkrieg where tudung girl slightly burn the cinemas after the sad ending. I think his experience as Indian (Hindi, I guess) from India where the cinema viewer can actually fire the white screen if the ending not on what they wished.

The movie will drive you from the first shot somewhere in Jordan where a bomb exploded (train accident actually with the poor CGI) that it rides you to paddy field in Kuala Selangor and this may left you flabbergasted for a while. Why Jordan? The most reason probably the image of Islamic which related to Middle East and they want to make dramatic sandstorm with the thrill train crash. With the of subtitles and guided by some text on screened, it was actually a prequel of what was happened six month before Adam and Nur went from vacation Jordan.

Back to their routine, Nur and Adam running an architect firm meanwhile they do some social activity class. Some troubled drop-out school enfant joined their motivation class and this may just accessories to enhance the message that we can’t simply change people like using a magic stick, and to transform people who really rotten and imbeciles to be religious, is something to do with gradually, consistently and spiritually.

The career as architect and running own business in the architectural firm was already being told in the previous TV series hence the director thrown some messages to audience that this couple is really selective in the project awarded. It clearly showed when Nur rejects the offer to build a club with dance floor, jungle music, DJ’s and so on. While the owner is cynically scolded Nur on how does Malay entrepreneur may develop if they are so selective, suddenly Nur just throw the bombshell said the project is harem.

They are running the life well except the side effect of bomb explodes in Mumbai to Adam. He suffered the internal bleeding or maybe the bullet is still there (well I can’t focus the script anyway). Well, they run the life with ups and downs and the main trigger time was when Adam lost in sand storms where he tried to look for their wed rings..(hmm uwekk). They managed to find him in the cave when he rescued by the gypsy. (Badwi maybe)
It was happy ending nor the hero is died but of course the tudung’s still can accept dying at his golden age rather than in the middle of the story. So, seems no ones going to put fire on cinema , so I predict the movie is just ended here . Aidil roles here is always the helper for this couple besides he’s seems quite lonely because his wife passed away when tried to catch a kite..(hahaha so funny…accident loh) . The old Aidil was played by Rahim Razali at the end of the story and Nur was played by Aziz M Osman’s mom (I don’t know her name).

Dessert
IKEA accessories can be seen at the kitchen cabinet of Aidil semi-D’s house, wall clock, chandelier and some small decorative items. Tiz Zaqyah wore many nice tudung sponsored by Ariani and I ‘m sure tudung Nur kasih would be the next phenomenon at Jalan TAR. The train and the shots at Jordan were so stunning and I predict some travel agencies are well prepared in branding Nur Kasih Tour Package to Middle East we just have wait for the next MATTA Fair.

The Taste
The film is directed by a person skilled in the cinema and fortunately not from a “shiny boy” who singing-born from KRU or someone from Metrowealth. Directing and cinematography are fantastic and spectacular. A film that promised a feeling, touching, the class of its own and must watched movie. Of all his movie, I like Sepi the most. To sum up my review , I would like to say,the movie is more cream rather than the cake.

Snippet II

If you don’t like the smell, just stay off from the kitchen. One of dumb quotes from George W Bush. In the first place, I wanted to get way from the kitchen but the problem is, the landlord asked me to stay and face the smell and even I never like the food. You know what I mean?
I no longer need a saviour. He or she only serves to exacerbate the existing problems and schisms in my life, providing absolutely no solutions to the woes of the subject matters.. It needs to address our chronic woes.

That is why the big boys like he, he, he and him should take the bold step of abandoning the previous model of our forefathers. It will be spun into something chauvinistic, into something only meant to benefit someone in gaining position.

Spoonerism?

I always confused between Maswings, Firefly and Flywings. Yesterday, I flew from KLIA to Kuching, transitted at Kuching then I continued to Sibu using Maswings. I 'm not sure whether my bad memory syndrom had attacked me or what I ate last night not enough digested.Okay ..it started when I asked the guy at the transfer counter, at which gates I have to take Flywings? Then the guy said with odd face....., What Flywings?,,I said Flight to Sibu.. lah and he answered there's no such an airway companies named Flywings. When I looked up the billboard..Oh..yes,, Sorry Maswings. urgghh So shame I feel to flush my face inside the toilet bowl...Is that considered " spoonerism"?...That was remind me last time,a friend of mine from Kedah who first time came to KL, took a cab and he wanted to go to Bukit Bintang. In his mind, he'd keep thinking that Bukit Bintang is somewhere, where the Sungai Wang Plaza is. With his verbal slip syndrom and may be a lil bit confuse, he combined both last words then he asked the chaffeur to take him to Bukit Wang and Bukit Wang is actually one of waterfalls in Kedah. Fortunately, the taxi driver doesn't have any navigation problem and he managed to reach Bukit Bintang. So cool huh...
There are lot of spoonerism cases like instead of " drunk in public " , a naughty by nature boy might say " Punk in Drublic". True enough , verbal slip will result different meaning..

So be careful. Old folk's said "kerana mulut badan binasa".. Oh ..: -)

Hukum Karma

Good act, good talk but never guarantee good knowledge. In ***** service the reality is you are not being promoted by merit but because of your age. That’s fact and nothing can challenge that. You may miss the selection if you join in the clan a bit late. Portray yourself as knowledgeable but you’re not is a pre requisite to step higher. Unlike the politic, you don’t have to take any camp. Just join one camp, which is the highest one if not, and then be the average. The most important thing, if you see the junior is bark up than, kill him. That’s the rule. If given a good report and kinda informative presentation, then everyone seems interested to present. In contrast, get the bad reports and or facing the shit meeting, everyone seems to escape. A liar won’t sustain that long but the truth will prevail one day. The last we live under shades was last two years and now the sniper is almost at our head from time to time. Winners takes all, loser takes fall...To sum up all these, in this cubical, the good thing boss takes all, the bad thing subordinates takes fall. Just be easy.

Mom's Day

The only profession that never takes leave is being a mother. From breast feeding, breakfast preparation, clothes washing and clean up the house, this career never sleeps. Mothers are the sweetest gift from God to us. There is no way we can ever really thank our mother for all she does for us nevertheless we must make it a habit to keep reminding ourselves of the various sacrifices she made while raising us. Happy Mother's Day to my mom, Che Puteh Ariffin, my mom’s in law Zabariah, my elder sisters, Badariah , Salwa, and Khairul Nisa , my younger sister, Zawahir and not forgotten my lovely wife , Zareene.

Snippet:- Perception

Who ever Osama is, his assassination had never scrap the Muslim spiritual off. It is an international politic strategy where a reason is a tool of winning perception. Osama was a character creation to relate the Muslim and terrorism. He had been created as a fighter for Afghanistan for winning the perception that US is much better than Soviet Union.

Politic is not about the principle, only naïve believe politic is about principle. Nowadays men with principle would never involve with politic. Politic is about opportunity, portion and perception. To understand in simple way, winning the perception can get a better position where position creates opportunities and then get your portion. It’s just that simple. Dekat sini pun sama jugak

Opera Hidup@Istana Budaya

30th April 2011 Saturday
8.30 pm -12.00pm Panggung Sari Istana Budaya
· Wings Rockestra
RM 125- edge Ground Podium (on my birthday)

It has been tradition and practice to me to reward birthday present to my wife on my birthday. And this year comes again and I now 34 years old, the same year with my wife. To be fair for both of us I purchased two tickets of an orchestra concert in Istana Budaya. It is an orchestra gigs but the main dish is the rock outfit, Wings. Seems like both of us enjoyed the band , and the last time we watched the gig together was the last eight years which is before Yasmine is born so this something really exciting to us. And Zareene only enjoy Wings not Search. That was in 2003 at Planet Hollywood, I supposed but as for me, I watched Wings with Search just around the corner, sometimes in December last year at Sunway Lagoon.
The band is backed by the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by the maestro, Mustafa Fuzer Nawi . It was supposed to be a black tie event but knowing Malaysian mid rockers, they really don’t care the attire. The idea is to combine heavy metal with an epic classical approach which had been materialized somewhere in Berkeley Community Theatre in 1999 for Metallica. The other inspiration was Deep Purple's 1969 Concerto for Group and Orchestra. Purple revived their hybrid musical performance in 1999's Live at the Royal Albert Hall after being notified that Metallica were doing theirs earlier that year. Not well by the name, but reputation is there at this Malaysian version of “rockestra”. Should we proud of it? Oh Mestilah,. Does it sound nicer if they brand this stage as S&W rather than Konsert Wings Opera Hidup Bersama Orkestra Simfoni Kebangsaan? The Opera Hidup tagline may suit to orchestra. Well the name is just the cream, but the music contents does count.
This orchestra show gives another flavor to rock n roll. We are always being fed by the head banging, noise distortion, and worn-torn blue jeans but at this tome rock n roll catered in proper manner where the audience have their own seat, good attire with the strong horn-string sound. No drugs, no screaming, no banging, alcohol and wild act allowed in IB hall. Throw away your rock maniac attitude together with the cigarette’s nicotine and behave like an old man, meanwhile enjoy the music as is you are a decent person.
Zareene and I reached Istana Budaya at 8.00pm and we decided to have our dinner at Laman Santai Budaya and suddenly we met Dicky and Abg Syed , the musician who performed at my office Raya last three years. Sab called me up and asked me to walk up at the front door as many crowd stated to queue up. With the ticket price at RM 125, we sat at the corner of ground circle and may be it can be considered middle class hierarchy at that night. About 10 minutes and the show started. Joe plugged in his Les Paul with Watari but I still haven’t found the symphony and it disappointed me at one point. The show displayed left hand Les Paul driven, Warwick rounded sound and Zildjian drums rapid-tapped against the combination of string, brass, woodwind, and some percussion instruments which I can’t recognize.

The symphony started at middle of the song and thanks for the great violin and the acoustic piano. Hmm sadly attire for Wings at they wore so stained and grungy-looks which I expect the black tie dress code of four of them. The concert visually is the meeting of four beast men with a group discipline musician with clean clothes. But what do you expect from these four beast guys. The show continued with Opera Hidup and the crowd started to cheer and no head banging allowed in this prestigious venue.
The band played most of their rock n roll anthem like Inspirasi Taming sari, Hukum Karma ,Belenggu Irama , Romania , Jerangkung Dalam Almari , Harapan and many more . Those songs were well engineered by Mustafa Fuzer Nawi in symphony way and Joe did his best in arranging the rock n roll power chords riffing. This is the show where the first rock group in Malaysia to collaborate with symphony orchestra. It was a dream of every rock band to perform like this.
I must give credit for slow numbered songs like Di Ambang Wati, sejati, Bernafas Dalam Lumpur and Taman Rashidah Utama where the acoustic touched of piano mixed with violin and cello are well highly arranged. . As for me this is the high time to capture the ingredients of rock n roll with strings detailed rather than three pieces heavy rocks which always being plugged in to my ear almost every day. An exercise for me to calm down and listen bit by bit the notes.

There was a segment of the Awie’s successor (well,he did left the band at one point) where Mus was performing Blues Ular Sawa and Biru Mata Hitamku . Mel aka Ustaz Mail aldo performed his Semalam Yang Hangat and I love his new arrangement of Lena Di Ulit Intan. Jojet , the ex-drummer and Sham , their first former guitarist also were being invited to jam together. Well, Awie is such a great entertainer and he really a joker almost every song-breaks at the night but he missed some notes at the beginning of Rock Roll Lu Punya Suka and Eddie to cover it up. The music bridge almost every songs was filled with cello, horn and violin. The keyboard’s boy of the night was Rozario and he did well for all songs. The show finished at 12. 15pm with their last song, (ohh I can’t remember what song). Everyone seems unsatisfied and the “one more” had clearly shouted. But its end there and Wings also need to sleep as tomorrow evening they will be having their acoustic with super friends at the same venue. This orchestra is really wetting my rock roll thirsted. A stunning idea of hybrid music cultivation.Orgasm and Sangat Puas. Zareene seems more enjoy than me.

As for me, dammit I had to go to Riang Riang and meet Mat Spec & Mat Besi.
