ao nang krabi

It has been a long time I didn’t touch the sand and having brew coffee by the sea. Our first plan to go to Singapore but canceled at the very last minute. Good decision. At first we thought off just drive to hatyai but kakcik just came back from hatyai and she proposed to all the way to krabi. Yeahh driving all the way from kl to kulim next day to krabi like a road movie of Detroit rock city.  After panic imbroglios with the fgv imbroglios thesis, and the submission of softbound coming to the edge I just drop off the panic and decided for having a good vacation.Ooo what the best of krab offers me is boogie bar live band, chicken island and all shops at the aonang promenade...here cheers all the photos

Listening all good songs of canaz mumbling and yanking and my cash drain all out for souvenirs. At the end of the corner of boogie bar counting my last baht to be trade off. Ohh yeahh four thousand baht balance..And has to pay the last year income tax...ces...

off mode

Of late I was so busy with my research paper hence my data in spss  running sucks as stated no statistic required because that data of one variable is too constant. The notes form QA all gone that I had to purchase business statistic bible  but again nothing is helping me besides the best advise is from dr. hasniyati . Then i decided just to proceed with descriptive. the academic season going to end this February and i am still not in the mood to enter the office.

Since real estate and calculation was treated as good friend, think of something  lame like planting tree on twin towers  and how lay the  carpet grass can benefits the whole country , doing another master degree is good choice to get rid of those "important" thing.

My blogging wheel at the mean time still in the off mode due to the busy-ness

The Rustic Experience

                                          midnite date
status quo: view from three star to nonstar facing the all stars
                                          public art
                                          busker
                                          blanket breakfast
                                          spa
                                          old rocker
                                                       halia           old ware house
the text : - raya haji and the new rustic experience.what makes this lodging difference..because it was an old warehouse converted into hotel .From the broom finish floor to the old dark  galvanized roller steel.. it remains the same . Some additional modern touch with the latest pop art posters at the business meeting room, the nice wavy luminaries and their current so called sculpture at the Pakus gallery. I discovered the busker at the promenade area  at nite. I went to hard rock just to see the live band was real or manufactured ..yup live an indon band which always can’t beat pinoy band. then i found that the trishaw cyclers were doing something weird at the corner of madonna building. First i thought of they were gambling but i was wrong. They were giving out their tips.  My kids hate the spiral steps but it reminds me the cosmo amsterdam. we supposed to have a brisk-walk in the morning but "poor " yasmine had a bad fever and she covered with her stinky blanket  on our morning breakfast  at the coffee house.

Metallica Live in KL

A little more than halfway through Metallica's concert last Wednesday at Stadium Merdeka  just after columns of fire spewed from the stage, and right before James Hetfield began barking out "Master Of Puppets," the friend I was with turned and me and shouted, "Why are these guys so much better than any other metal band?"
Good question. It remind me to one of Manowar ‘s song but I would to change the lyrics. “ Other band play, Metallica Kill”.  Arguing that one band is the best representative of any given genre is tough--at some level these things always boil down to taste. I like Metallica, you like Slipknot, we leave each other alone to headbang in peace. But I don't think you can argue that, at the very least, Metallica isn't one of the absolute best heavy bands going. To suggest otherwise is akin to saying that the Beatles weren't that great. You can like other bands more, but you're just being obstinate if you don't acknowledge the quality on display.
That Metallica is both one of the best metal bands and, inarguably, the most commercially successful is another triumph. Skill and sales aren't always linked. But what is it about Metallica that allowed them to be both artistically important and massively popular? Why them? Those are questions I kept coming back to as I watched James, Kirk, Lars, and Robert blast through a killer two-hour-plus set on August 21st 2013.
Eighteen song had been performed on our historic stadium and guess what like what James Helfield said , most headbangers here had been waiting for  thirty one years before they realized almost half of their life they spent with old cassettes, cd’s and videos, finally met the four horsemen in  Stadium Merdeka .
As much as it might annoy metal purists, I think the answer lies in the band's ability to blend different, often softer, elements into their music. Unlike other  metal bands, Hetfield leavens his angry singing with the occasional croon. He and lead guitarist Kirk Hammett drop pretty (that's right, pretty) doubled guitar lines into the middle of a bludgeoner like "Welcome Home (Sanitarium)." Rather than stay in the lockstep thrash rhythms of a Slayer, the band can build a groove--it wasn't only the riff that made "Enter Sandman" a hit. By releasing bluesier, slower albums like Load, they redefined what Metallica was capable of. And of course, they do all these different things with intelligence and ingenuity.
Metallica’s production team is the best of all with hi- technology of axology which  I doubt  you can find it here and big high definition screen exclusively for those who purchased cheap ticket at the back.  Hey man two tiers of stage shows they are above the level monster of rock n roll in fact Metallica is the benchmark of metal band in show business.  The first and the last concert in Malaysia I presumed, had downgrade all other performance in Malaysia. James had shut his mouth from saying four letter words that night and Lars Ulrich as I ever seen , he’s the wildest drummer on earth. . They start on time and finished at 11,3opm. On schedule. With the mega show with high professional  well organized, what band do you think rules the metal roost? If not Metallica, then who? The  Wednesday's concert had completed my profile.

Doa Org Teraniaya Dimakbulkan Tuhan

In this country—where everything is possible—one feels regretted to accepting even the worst of transgressions or blunders as par for the course. It’s almost surreal to expect things to be done properly and legally. Real estate and property management is four corner of rules .Neither black nor white never gray in between.
Perhaps this country practice allowed forgery. In my case of forgery doesn’t stated in documents but verbally and mislead information and that’s lead me to purchase an apartment above the market agreeable. Willing buyer and willing seller quotes is something stated in sales and purchase but what if force majeure happens in between?
My case was chronologically starting where there was a little bit pocket money wet can engage the bank installment but we decided to do it using government portfolio. At such my wife portfolio qualified her to do so. Failing giving us the right information of ownership by the house owner had made us to switch to the bank .Why. BPPP never accept the third name’s purchase in any strata title. I was gave up and want to withdraw, they appeal to us not to cancel the agreement and urged us to go ahead and buy their apartment.
After pursuing the bank loan then valuation report came in , and telling that the price is above the agreeable condition and that resulted us to be penalized at some amount

Justice prevailed at last.

A couple who sold me their apartment last year and who
  • giving so much head ache on sales and purchase process
  • giving misleading information on ownership of the house that ending up us to take bank loan instead of government loan
  • putting the price higher than market situation
  • committing conflict of interest  by forcing me to agree the legal firm she worked
  • put  penalty on me for the late disbursement by their bank recommended
Finally conned by a house seller they intend to purchase. What goes around comes around. See this http://1manusia.blogspot.com/2012/10/ripped-off-ii.html  for the previous case.

Doa org teraniaya dimakbulkan Tuhan.

Life Action Bureau

I am not a math lover but the fact  that the importance of  materialistic in the world today , makes me stuck and I am now one of the capitalist believer .may be that is part of the reason I explore  real estate and properties for my master level.
The last week presentation of valuation had made me exhausted. My group’s report almost being thrown by en harith. Regrets with the respond, Subway Surf accompanying me along the way before the class is finished. That day every shots answered by my bullets. All my bullets are  from a blank magazine. Verbal, presentation and Q & A is bread and butter . My previous experience in championing English Royal Debates proved my Q & A session even the bullets is blank and the fact is baseless.
Right after the shot session, I went to Kota Kemuning to solve another puzzle, the niece‘s university registration. People came to your house off course you need spend some money. Listening a nephew’s whining to bring him outside and jalan – jalan, had made me stressed  .I just feel unfair to my kids. This shool term holiday, they don’t go anywhere except people came to their house. Reaching home at 7 plus and next day I laid my ass at GSC Alamanda with the "troop of doom'.

My parents and my sis's family leaved my house at very early morning and that give me some space in Monday noon. Then,I decided  to go again at GSC  and watched KIL.
The poster itself attracted me .
How do I feel about the movie? KIL is  the keeper of the history of time. If you watch Loopers and some Yasmine's movies you  may  understand how do I feel after watched this movie. KIL dragged us without conscious audience, enjoying the natural tone of past Malaysian life. Not too extreme, but enough compared to the depravity urbanization retro now.  The site selection is just simple and suit to KL urbanites , the low cost flats, the office ,some ghetto area in Chow Kit and maybe slum  in Sentul ( I am just guessing the place)Indeed, unknowingly dragged viewers enjoy the retro hue. The main cast is maybe goes to  legend of  Kuala Lumpur Railway Station façade  given back role. The rustic brick and mortars  teaching children the importance of the existence of native-elf it. So beautiful when dark tunnel underground in situ given the opportunity cameo.
Plot based story developed after the development of mature character Akil, injected screen proposal a city girl living in a city that barely even ignored whereabouts. Switching mood is so cliche and it is left as it is. However, the magic that happens is not directly exhausted cliche movie cake is baked.Akil , a young man who decided to suicide but suddenly meet someone that blooming his heart, Zara  who also works as a consultant in LAB, Life Action Bureau,   a place where Akil registered himself to suicide. Is Zara supposed to kill Akil or the other way around? KIL is not typical. It’s for the art lovers.

Watching KIL made me realized that between art and mathematics, I am more art person rather than numbers but what my father taught me when I was kid, " it's okay to weak in math, as long as you know how much your money is in the account".

rockestrawings @ panggungsari,istana budaya

Fly, on your way, like an eagle
Fly as high as the Sun
On your way, like an eagle
Fly, touch the Sun
His eyes seem so glazed
As he flies on the wings of a dream
Now he knows his father betrayed
Now his wings turn to ashes to ashes his grave - Flight of Icarus- IRON MAIDEN

My general election's  equalizer's graph had been paused for a while to give a way for my birthday celebration at Panggung Sari , Istana Budaya with Zareene and surprisingly I met my old classmates Wan , Ayu and Mama.  The not so surprised ticket by Zareene is so worth watched for those who really  raised up with Wings.
Thank You Darling..I really appreciate it

Started the concert with bamboo flute by Mohar, and the stage slowly lift up from the bottom with the full orchestra set led Mustafa Fuzer Nawi and it followed by Wings, the rock band.
The night is exclusively for those who really willing to spend and it more orchestra than the rock band. It means they blend it well with the strings as the cake and rock n roll is just top – up creamier. As I can see most audience are from the professional, they seems only enjoy the hit numbers but on top of that the rare tracks by these four beasts are all adorable such as
Harapan, Awang Thrasher and Pengabdianku  Kekasih.. A not so frustrated when the band except Joe very clumsy and inappropriate to be on stage that night though you are a producer of the show. I think that is a situation that he need to correct for the upcoming event and I wish he‘s more appreciate for the fans who are willing to pay expensive tickets and support you’re their career for 28 year. As the music director and the soundman, Joe did a very good job . Every song has surprised elements that you’ll never hear ever on earth and some bridge close to Spiderman’s music score. Awie.. the front man with full comedy and he’s good narrator too. By giving credits for those who really build up the band’s reputation he cynically pronounce Bob Lokman as Bob Pas

The  concert also flown  the greatest guitarist in the region, Ian Antono, a six series man according to Awie to collaborate virtuoso solo with , Joe Wings and  Hillary Ang to form a unique blend of orchestral blend together.
The night of show proved that audiences are all mesmerized by the unique combination of orchestra and rock and indeed it‘s very uncomfortable seat and we tend to mosh and head bang like a normal rock gig.  A very entertaining and certainly a very compact
music combined with the local talent is just as good it is a great lost if you do not seize the opportunity to continue to be treated to high class musicians with a combination of rock rhythms and tunes that can swing orchestra thus makes sense rushing adrenaline flowing strong rock vocals when listening stability Awie’s vocal cord.
The audience mostly sings along but there are glues on their lips while heavy numbers is presented. How I wish that the hall supposed to be standing area not the seat. What innocence’s party but looking at the money they spent and the classification of the crowd, they used to be rockers now they are bloody rich man and old people.
The orchestra ended with their diamonds forever, Sejati, which being presented differently in faster mode with the new orchestra ingredients. Wings is legendary rock band and they born without any lucky numbers. Give them any numbers, its all jackpots. They are cult in our rock n roll history.

April-Fill In

UM just nearby and it is located  in the sizzling hot seat between Raja Nong and Nurul Izzah. Attending the campaign couple of last week granted me  a flying egg from the sky. The freedom of speech in Lembah Pantai poised with the egg bombshell. Since that , I decided not to attend of any political campaign. Just run my PC , get the statistic, compare and analyze and decide who to vote as simple as that .Though I am interested in politics but to make it something heavy on my head , just piss on it. I would rather attending a rock gig  anyway.  Counting days after 5th of may is so stressful  and meantime there are 4 reports to go.Busy and  dizzy but i put it in ashtray. Anyway  April is the  month of me and the Rockestra is something I've been waiting for. I am gearing into rock n roll and back to 20 plus .A not so surprised birthday present from Zareene.

FEARLESS : FROM KAMPONG BOY TO CEO

FEARLESS : FROM KAMPONG BOY TO CEO

As one of the beneficiaries of 1 Malaysia Book’s Voucher , I appreciate it so much . With 5 pieces of small receipt, I enjoyed 13 books and that’s make the cute MPH receptionist recognized me. Doing post grad on the weekend basis  make my weekdays “void ”  and again to combat the emptiness, I laid my ass at Starbucks again while waiting my Nescafe Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine dealer called me up. The best coffee table book by the chief minister of Selangor, Tan Sri Khalid entitled Fearless: from Kampong Boy to CEO mesmerized me how he puts on words and how sempoi he is which I never imagined.

Throw away your political mindset and your enthusiasm about the polical party you intent to vote , this hand book is far from the politic , homosex, rejimen askar melayu diraja or whatever hot stuff  from the mass media now. It’s purely motivational like Mark Twain, Dale Carnegie or maybe okaylah.. Azizi Ali…
A little bit about Tan Sri Khalid, he is the current MB Selangor and what most important thing about him is he was the man who runs The Dawn Raid engineered by Dr. M.There are five chapters with only 74 pages and with the big gulp of Grande it just 40 minutes for you to finish it if no sexy ladies trespass your bench.

He said he’s from Jeram Batu , Selangor and start entrepreneurship at the age of 12. Handling  a few of the workers who had take out the calculate how much to sell the salai kelapa to Chinese buyers. One unfortunate day he burnt the smokehouse had to repay back the workers and from that day he learnt a lesson in finance term which is liability. So he lost the scholarship for the workers as a result he did Math tuition to contribute the family income.
Tan Sri Khalid is a person with a lot of advice and you can see this book there are a lot of citation in inverted commas, means he strengthening on what he says. On page 14 there are diagrams like theoretical frameworks on how he dealt with his thought feelings and behaviors  and there are some other diagrams  on events, emotion  and thought s about the vets and he also put a  ledger of” A tool may help you reprogrammed your thinking”, the most awkward motivational book I ever read..but it works .. It may as good as Prof Muhaya books  Reset Minda or something like that. Hahaha…

His best quotes is “ the role of government is that of a custodian of natural resources , taxes , royalties and other incomes and proceed from the disposal of public asset should be kept in a special fund as in Islamic bait al maal concept. The custodian acts in trust for  and in the interest of , the entire nation “.  Thanks a lot Tan Sri.. I never pay my water bills yet since I moved to the state  you lead.

Tan Sri Khalid entered the corporate world and held the position of CEO from 1979 to 1994 in the government controlled fund , PNB. In 1981 he became famous for leading the dawn raid  on the London Stock Exchange which resulted  in PNB gaining 1 51% share in British plantation  concern  Guthrie in less than two hours.

Knowing his position as PKR MB Selangor, strangely Tan Sri Khalid often praising Dr. Mahathir and a lot of credit goes to the stateman. He said “ we had a meeting with Dr. Mahathir  who wanted to know  what w eplanned to do with the project. We spent hours on research and economic analysis. Dr Mahathir is a sharp man.”
The best part of this book is the ASB story when he has to convince people to invest in this unit trust .The initial process of ASB was imbroglio  but they manage to combat the obstacles.  To link the post offices with the computer generated dealing with the so called best man in ICT is sugar and spice  when he was in PNB. He said  a deduction pay in Teluk Intan is called Potong Meja . He then said “didn’t have to cut their tables  when they mean pay deduction and they thought I was crazy”.
Tan Sri Khalid is really noble man. He knew precisely about the organisation , the institutional, financial mode  and their character. On his view about the government servant he said " civil servants are community of their own, firing civil servant is firing a community and no one can handle politicians better than civil servant"
Reading this book with the day I was mislead about Dolce Gusto machine by the dealer. He confused me and I picked the manual one yet I regret.

(For those FB politicians who don’t know what is The Dawn Raid is all about, then stop involve in politics because you guys just using your emotional in expressing your political belief…just read a lot.. By writing  no to say I am PKR man..I just l adore a good leader no matter left or right.  .)

Biography of Syed Mokhtar Al Bukhary

After had my brisk walk I went to Alamanda at 9.30 and I knocked the door. After pay my phone bills then I went MPh. Realized I bring the free voucher from government, I grabbed the book which I really adore to read. The biograpghy of Syed Mokhtar, the richest Malay tycoon . I hate to summarize this book because it’s too thin. Its  only at 179 pages, I finished the book only at 2 hours at Starbucks while waiting Rock movie.
Here are some the gist of the book:-

His first company is Syarikat Kenderaan Sentosa  set-up in 1972 at the age of 21.It was named after the hotel where he was staying. He was just kind of young and driven bumiputera the government was looking to groom to raise Malaysia participant in newly launched NEP
His first secured Mara loan to buy Mercedes lorries in Jalan TAR had an easy repayment terms about RM 100 per month.
He was pursued by Chinese to offer him to lease unused lorry permits under Alibaba arrangement but he reject it. To him, he believe on equity not the liquidity and totally disagree of Alibaba arrangement because it kind beak the bridge of trust and betray the Malay.
He employed a Chinese manager. At that time he believe in chopstick management, the key of Chinese success which is one to run the business and another manage the finance. In three years he manages to pay off the loan.

He recognize to better work with Chinese rather that against them though he weill never surrender any equity to Chinese.
His second business rice trading with Lembaga Padi Beras  and he owned Bukhary Sdn Bhd at the age  23 with majority share of 52 %. He then, breakthrough the Chinese domination in rice trading supply chain. At that time he already owned a shop lot at Teluk Wan Jah.
He has many time approached by Lim Goh Tong to stake his share in companies but herefuse to accept due his strong paradigm. Till now he just drive Proton Perdana and live in very simple way. The book also describes how KJ and the clan want to kill his bussines due to the game changing in politics. He expand the business in Middle east and the prince of Dubai had quoted “it’s only Syed Mokhtar if I want to deal with Malaysian businessman,”.
The best thing in this book is when counter back the media when people said he is one of the cronies granted by UMNO  he then said “ people don’t realize how difficult they were and how hard to fight with to get them. By the time I met Dr. Mahathir in 1997, I was already a success ful businessmen. I never abused the relationship. Dr. Mahathir gives a fair hearing but there is no green lane with him.”
His CFO also commented “every cent is in the system “
This book is so inspirational and delivered side by side with Malaysia history and the government approaches. Neither opposition nor what political background were you are, just believe that Syed Mokhtar is the Malay successful man we should proud of him.
Don’t just justify what he gets; evaluate what he gives to the nation.

Tribute to Aziz Dali

These few days were really meant to me side by side with sad mode. I lost one of my officemates who used to be unofficially my insurance and road tax runner, Aziz Dali. He was 54 on his last day on Tuesday, February 26th before sent to meet the God. The last time I met him was with my father when I wanted to get the road tax from him. At that time he was amazed at father’s age. His helping hand and good heart ease everyone in the office. Unfortunately God loves him more and due to his lungs failure he leaves us with all those good memories. May Allah bless him and put him in a glorious
Right after visiting arwah Aziz at Sri Gombak I had chest pain and tomorrow morning I see the doctor. Badly news after ECG my cholesterol reach 4.6 and I now considered hardcore high cholesterol patience. I was given Lipitor tablet and advised for heavy exercise to reduce my weight, burn my fat and lower down the cholesterol level. Next morning after sending Yasmine to school I had a jog . what a hangat taik ayam . then ..

私の村へようこそ!

Being paid for a vacation absolutely good. At first i was a bit reluctant to accept Azril's offer to bring a Japanese reporter to my hometown because I think he may get some difficulties like food and hospitality. But Azril keep convincing me that reporters always trained to be tough and they love new experiences then I agreed.

I fetched Furuta at Prince Hotel and we had our 7 hours journey to my hometown. He seemed knowledgeable about Malaysian politic .Lubuk Merbau's seem shocked finding a stranger  but this a second time of Japanese visiting this " ancient civilization".

I met him with some old-timers like Ustaz Aziz, Chegu Tom, Chegu mat ,my own father for BN side and I met thim with Budin Tokpa, Jan  and Najib the barber for Pakatan site and I hope it may ease him to cover some politic scenario in kampung. My big worries about the last night of his stays was a blackout so we need to get an internet service nearby and luckily in front of Temple of Ninja Turtle  there is one.  I was being paid for every services he needed.

Great experience for me to bring him along but Wafi's engagement make me shock and totally disagree with the idea of getting married while studying.Enough for Middle east for Ustaz Ali's tails. For Wafi think thousand's time before proceed with anything please have some sympathy on your parents.

New Year Sermon

LGE just threw the bombshell via his Christmas speech by suggesting that Christian should be allow to use Allah in their Bible.  Todd and I have discovered this in fact Todd had review on Bible opinion on that suggestion.

Bible actually has two parts. The first part is The Old Testament originally in Hebrew and the word for God is Elohim in Hebrew. The second part is The New Testament was originally written in Greek and the word God in Greek is Theos. The book of revelation ( which is the last chapter  of Bible) chapter 22 verse 18 and 19 was written that “if anyone adds or remove a word from the book God will give unto them the plagues that are written in this book”. It is clearly the bible also reject the use of any name including Allah to replace the God. Moral of the story, if Christian never bothers to put the Allah in the Bible, why LGE and some Muslims were so eager to surrender their God’s name to Bible and who is LGE, I believe he was not neither Muslim nor Christian. I don’t understand that.

Logically in this year and coming years technology and rocket science is something deniable so that they just can come out the Bible apps and anyone just can upload into their respective android. Put this way, my daughter has been taught as Allah is one from the school and I  but by browsing the Malay version of bible which stated that Allah has son she then confuse. Who are going to be responsible for this kind of confusion and wrong mixed information? Fortunately Majlis Syura Pas also has made another stand not to accept the name of Allah in Bible even last time they play on safe side for their political millage.  Lately it just clearly that Islamophobia had been arise even in this country. It may the sign form the creator and even Allah names also had been politicized and manipulated.  This is absolutely an offensive to Muslim.

January 2013 is the mother of all political month. Indeed it is the beginning of a year supposedly be positive things where people started to gear-up their vision and ambition in this month. Starting by January 12 for 11203 Himpunan Kebangkitan Rakyat which was big rallied at Stadium Merdeka, the Listen, listen, listen drama at UUM and the current one an offensive to Islam by Patrick Teoh .

With various version of political drama  and plot of vengeance at the beginning of the year believe me, people start to confuse who to votes in coming election  and confusing is good for certain political stand.

Happy New Year 2013 and Happy Nightmare

Ps: - For what whatever purpose and technical problems, I had failed to load this post to my blog for quite several time .Due what technical purpose which I don’t understand, I had late loading it up and sorry if the gist has taken by the event.
